Community Arts and Festivals (CAF) is dedicated to enriching lives and strengthening communities through the power of art. Since our founding in 2019 by Justin B. Olsen, we have provided accessible and vibrant arts experiences that celebrate local talent, promote cultural diversity, and foster a sense of shared identity and belonging throughout California. By showcasing the work of local artists, offering educational opportunities, and creating spaces for cultural exchange, we aim to inspire creativity, spark conversation, and contribute to the economic and social vitality of the communities we serve.
